Digital citizenship is a priority for anyone involved in digital education – or education in general. That’s how I would describe my experience as both a student of digital education and a teacher in the classroom. Students are active participants in the digital world and will continue to be so with or without guidance from parents and teachers. The question is not if students will use digital technology in schools, but rather how they will use it. As digital education leaders, it is our responsibility to guide and model this process for students and teachers alike.
